Organize data into accessible reports and perform various types of analysis using key metrics such as yearly growth, return on assets and return on equity Perform financial functions, such as assessing, planning, budgeting, consolidation, cost control and project control Study company's financial data to give leadership the tools to help guide business decisions and overall financial strategy.
Prepare reports and projections based on analysis Explore investment opportunities Establish and evaluate profit plans Identify trends in financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement Coordinate with other members of the finance team to review financial information and forecasts Provide financial models and forecasting Lead annual budget preparation and work with leadership to create a model for future years, including forecasts Lead and own company's incentive compensation plan through developing user-friendly model Evaluating historical and current financial data to understand the company's financial condition Studying industry-specific business trends and research data Writing data-backed reports to support the management team in taking strategic business decisions Developing financial models that forecast business outcomes and profits Measuring financial risk associated with investment decisions Other duties as assigned Education and
Experience:
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university and three to five years related experience and/or training Advanced excel skills Knowledge and experience writing VBA code Job Type:
